ETIENNE MANCHON TRIO

EMT-0922-4.jpg

Clément Daldosso (double bass) - Théo Moutou (drums) - Etienne Manchon (piano, Fender Rhodes, compositions)

Heavily influenced by Pink Floyd, discovered at 15, young French award-winning pianist Etienne Manchon, former student of Paris CNSM, is also inspired by the incredible keyboard player Jozef Dumoulin and the amazing NYC music scene (Ben Wendel, Mark Guiliana, Taylor Eigsti).
Using rhythm as his main playground, Etienne develops in parallel a keen sense of melody while paying particular attention to sound processing.

After lots of versatile experiences as a leader and sideman (Yves Rousseau, Tom Ibarra, Jean-Marc Padovani), he decided to start his own trio with two of the most talented young musicians on the Parisian scene : Clément Daldosso on double bass (André Ceccarelli, Jean-Michel Pilc, Zoot Collectif) and Théo Moutou (Yessaï Karapetian, Riccardo Del Fra, Giovanni Mirabassi) on drums.
