ETIENNE MANCHON TRIO
Clément Daldosso (double bass) - Théo Moutou (drums) - Etienne Manchon (piano, Fender Rhodes, compositions)
Heavily influenced by Pink Floyd, discovered at 15, young French award-winning pianist Etienne Manchon, former student of Paris CNSM, is also inspired by the incredible keyboard player Jozef Dumoulin and the irresistible NYC musicians (Ben Wendel, Mark Guiliana, Taylor Eigsti).
Using rhythm as his main playground, Etienne develops in parallel a keen sense of melody while paying particular attention to sound processing.
After lots of versatile experiences as a leader and sideman (Jeff Ballard, Daniel Humair, Nicolas Gardel & The Headbangers, La Recette), he decided to start his own trio with two of the most talented young musicians on the Parisian scene : Clément Daldosso on double bass (André Ceccarelli, Jean-Michel Pilc, Zoot Collectif) and Théo Moutou (Riccardo Del Fra, Giovanni Mirabassi) on drums.
