ARGENTIQUE

Léa Ciechelski (alto sax, alto flute, FX) - Rose Dehors (trombone, sackbut, FX) - Théo Moutou (drums, voice) - Etienne Manchon (keyboards, FX)

Argentique explores the points of intersection between jazz, rock, and experimental music.
The band creates a contemporary musical language—a free, intense, and luminous sound that fosters a dialogue between improvisation and composition with equal rigor.

Together, they craft a dense, shifting soundscape that sits at the crossroads of the worlds of Carla Bley, Radiohead, and Bon Iver. Their music is rooted in a resolutely contemporary aesthetic, where the energy of rock meets the inventiveness of jazz.
